Most in stock orders ship within one business day, however it may take up to three business days during spikes of high order volume.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, FL. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery times are estimates only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments by your selected carriers.
While we make efforts to ensure all shipments arrive at their destination, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to understand their country’s import laws. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or tariffs. Willfully refusing to pay duties or clear customs does not make you eligible for a refund, as we have already paid for the product and shipping only to have your country’s customs agency destroy it due to your own negligence. Any refunds offered will have a minimum 25% “restocking” fee as well as full cost of shipping deducted.
Free shipping minimum applies to order products including discounts but not including tax. Only the cheapest available shipping method will be used for free shipping.
Due to our extremely low prices we are unable to split ship orders. Please ensure that all items are in-stock if you require rapid fulfillment.
We cannot modify order contents. You would need to cancel the order and place a new one.
